Just had my recent order from Zall. Was 10 mins early and nice and hot. food was brilliant as always. I wont go anywhere else now , my go to for top class Indian food.

Hi You may remember our collected order from last night as we had to wait for a Kulcha Naan to be cooked as a Keema Naan had been made instead. You gave us the Keema version as a freebie but when we got home we realised that you hadn't given us the Garlic Naan which we had ordered and paid for. Nearly Every time I order there are items missing , I’ve just phoned the shop now to inform if missing onion bhaji . Told they’ll add it to next order . I love their food so much , or I’d go elsewhere

Only issue ever had, last week on 17/10 we placed an order. The onion bhajis were missing, I called and was told I would be sent a discount code via text and a bit extra for the inconvenience and this never happened

Delicious food , can never fault it , occasional errors on orders but they always rectify ASAP . I never go anyway else for delivery 10/10

Second week running that I had something missing. Last week i had no chips and this week no naan bread or mint sauce. You need to check orders going out and refund missing items.

Hey guys. I have ordered from you nearly weekly for as long as I can remember and without doubt, you are THE BEST I have found for a Madras (and everything else!)... until lately.. the last 4 or 5 Madras I've had just aren't as good as they used to be.. they're not as punchy, not as flavourful, a little bit less concentrated and intense, not as oily, more watery and tomato-based.. a very obvious change.. what's happened? New chef? New recipe? PLEASE change it back to whatever you used to do, it's now average and not the flavour sensation it used to be which is hugely disappointing as I was borderline addicted to how good it used to be (and told everyone that wanted to hear how good it was).. but now, for the first time in years, I thought to myself maybe I need to go on a hunt for that flavour hit elsewhere which I really don't want to do!.. I have order from here 4 times in the passed 3 months and the food is always great. We’ve tried a few different dishes and they have all been packed with flavour. Delivery times can be long but it always arrives hot and it’s worth the wait.
